It was also good to see so many local folk gathered for our first Community Christmas Carol Sing, a well supported and most enjoyable evening for all ages.

Thank you to all the singers, New Mill Gala Committee for partnering the church in this, to New Mill Post Office for the refreshing sherry and mince pies and children’s refreshments, to Darren Hollingworth of Spectre Sound, the Lucky Garden takeaway and to the maestro himself Dr Geoffrey (he rocks!) Lockwood on the keys.
